Don Hill

Don Hill

Don Hill has been an innovative member of the direct marketing industry for over 25 years.  Paving the way in direct mail production, he is always looking for new ways to complete production, create better quality products and produce cost efficient pricing.  He is considered an expert in all of these areas.

Beginning his career in database management, Don quickly recognized the need for enhanced database processing services.  His dedication to this concept has resulted in the creation of a state-of-the-art data division at RHA which will be the foundation for all of the direct mail production services being offered.

In 1995, Don founded Softrac America, a leading direct marketing fulfillment company.  Running a company that provided back-end fulfillment gave Don valuable insight into successful package design and how to create better response rates for direct mail packages.  Don brought that knowledge to RHA and made sure that their graphics division had the skill sets and technology for successful package design.

Don has consulted with such well known and respected industry names as Discover Financial Services, Novartis, MeadWestvaco, Nextel and Alliance Data Systems to name a few.  In 2000, Don was recognized at the annual Postal Forum with the prestigious Mailing Industry Leadership Award.  Don has also been recognized by the USPS with a “Great Idea” award.

Don was one of the principal founders of HintonHill, a full service DM project management company.  In January of 2007, Direct Group of Swedesboro, NJ, acquired HintonHill, which had become one of the nation’s leading full-service direct marketing management and consulting companies.  In January 2009, Don returned to the industry founding RHA Marketing, LLC.

Don speaks regularly at industry conferences. He is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association and the DMAW.

Bob Rudderow

Bob Rudderow

Bob Rudderow is known throughout the direct mail industry as a pioneer in utilizing in-line manufacturing for fundraising and other direct mail campaigns.  In 1979, Bob opened the Washington, DC sales offices of Webcraft, serving as regional Sales Manager.  In 1983 and 1986 respectively, he opened the Miami and Greensboro sales offices.  In 1986, he became senior VP of sales and marketing.

Bob’s name is on patents for unique in-line designs, and he is responsible for producing over half a billion of his original package formats like the "Express Mailers" and "Photo-Flip Tops".  His innovative designs and in-depth engineering knowledge of the process has led him to partner with such well known and respected names as the Republican and Democratic National Committees, Capital One Financial, Humane Society of the U.S., National Wildlife Federation, and National Rifle Association to name a few.

After 34 years of representing and directing Vertis/Webcraft in the Graphics Arts industry, Bob has taken a new career path and is one of the founding partners of RHA Marketing, LLC.

Bob has been active in numerous industry organizations, serving as a member of the board of directors of the PIA (Printing Industries of America), as a member of the Board of Directors of the DMAW-EF (Direct Marketing Association of Washington Educational Foundation), and as President of the DMAW-EF.

Bob has been responsible for over $700 million in sales, specializing in the non-profit and government markets.  He is also one of the innovators who conceived the Sky Mall concept.

Bob’s techniques with his customers are different from most.  He doesn’t just give lip service to relationships and partnerships.  It’s not just a sale to him - it’s an understanding of his customers’ businesses and their needs so he can offer solutions which will provide them the best return on their investment.   Although the term "partnership" has become diluted through overuse in our business, his clients agree that Bob Rudderow epitomizes the true meaning of that word.
